Very understanding and such a great team that works together to help ease your mind. My boys have been seeing them for over 5 years and I love their service. I wouldn't change a thing.
The people posting these reviews must have it mixed up with a different office. This office has the nicest staff, clean waiting room & the Dr was knowledgeable and personable.
-10000/10. If you have any other option, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Supervisors are horrible people, and they don’t train their poor front staff to handle THEIR messes. We’re talking about people with serious mental health issues treated like garbage by administration. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE
I should have known not to go here because of lol the one star reviews. This place is awful. They just take your money and do nothing to help you. I moved here from North Carolina and have had to look for a new psychiatrist. I called them initially and asked them if they took my insurance they said no. But that they have self pay options and that they were in the program of accepting my insurance. When you see all the 1 stars there’s a reason. The WORST staff I have ever encountered in my life. If you are referred here, request some where else. Total and complete incompetence.
