Finding a pediatrician for your first baby can be stressful, but we were fortunate to find Dr. Stone. She has been excellent — thorough, caring, and wonderful with our daughter. I would recommend her to any friends or family looking for a pediatrician. Dr. Stone always puts our worries at ease and takes the time to listen and explain everything in detail. All of the doctors at this practice are wonderful and caring professionals. We see Dr Rodriguez and she is just so personable, professional and knowledgeable. My children both love her and enjoy seeing her. I always leave our appointments feeling more informed and always heard/validated.
Extremely disappointed with this place. I scheduled an appointment for my healthy 4-month-old son, and they denied us service simply because he is not vaccinated. He is thriving, breastfed, and well cared for, yet instead of offering real support or medical care, they turned us away based on policy. Pediatricians are supposed to care for all children, not push a one-size-fits-all agenda. This felt more like a business move than genuine healthcare. Shameful and unprofessional.
Dr. Rodriguez is very sweet and patient. She provided my husband and me with the best information to care for our newborn. She listens carefully, takes her time in the room, and is always smiling. I've had my Dr. for years now, and only have seen him maybe a handful of times... How can you establish a relationship with someone who you don't even know?...It's so frustrating that you see every other Dr. except your own at Brown Health Medical.. I feel like I can't even trust my care with someone that l don't even know... I can't even book an appointment with my own Dr. because he's never available,Dr. Cumplido..😔
