Had a 8:30 pm sleep study appointment 11 April. Showed up to a dark building and locked doors. Waited an hour before called their 24 hr nurse line to try to get in contact with the nurse that’s supposed to be there. Waited another 25-30 mins and still nothing. I called the nurse line again stating I’m leaving and won’t be paying any missed appt fees. I am active duty and had to drive 45 mins from Savannah to an appt no one showed up for. If you want your records from more than a year ago….good luck. I’m filing a complaint to the state board, suite, complaint with TRICARE because my records. The law is 7 years.
Nobody showed up for my appointment and I have had 2 referrals.
Called to make an appointment. And sounds like the receptionist does not care. And based on the reviews I decided to hang up and try my luck elsewhere.
I looooooove the doctor here he listens and answers all of your questions, as well as think’s OUTSIDE the box. His new NP is also pretty awesome she is kind and patient. The staff here are really friendly… 10/10
