Generally the staff is super friendly but today I went in and the front desk person was so incredibly rude! On my way out I even told her to have a nice night just to be kind, and this lady ignored me completely and didn't even look up from her cell phone. Not even an attempt to be decent to me. Tues 2/10/26 at 4:45PM. This is how you lose customers, customer service is everything.
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Was able to get in and out quickly.
An employee talked me out of buying all the Wyld gummies (12 packs @ $18/each) I was going to buy on 9/5 and specifically told me to come back on 9/16 for a big sale and presentation w/ giveaways from the Wyld rep. Well I came back today (not convenient to my work schedule) and not only is there no sale, no presentation, no giveaways, but the Wylds I was going to buy are now $23/each.
