Dr Cowan and his staff are awesome !!
This place is a joke!!!! I mean a literal joke! I have major pains from surgery and they have been pushing me off like I don’t exist. I had to reschedule due to office moving. They never reached out with new location. I drove over an hour to be seen, only to be told I have to wait another month to be seen just because I went to the wrong location!! This place will let you die!! Alexandria is the worse doctor!! Beware if your looking for a primary care!!
It was all great except farther away. 20 minutes farther
Today I drove 25 minutes to my scheduled doctors appointment only to be met with this sign on the door. Not once did I receive any type of communication from Coastal Medial Group regarding the change in location. I even filled out my check-in forms online and received texts/emails reminding me of my appointment these past 72 hours, and every single one had the Foley address listed as the location of the appointment. I can’t say enough about the professional care that I get at this doctor‘s office. Dr Cowen is an excellent doctor., who genuinely cares about his patients. His medical staff is , friendly, professional and also caring. Thank you for all you have done to help me get well.
