Melody communicated well, was very thorough in her questioning about my symptoms, and very good about explaining the required testing and follow-up. She made you feel comfortable and confident that you were receiving competent medical care.
This is a busy practice, but I have never felt rushed. Competent, compassionate staff. My PCP is Dr. Ryan Rossi. He deserves best recommendations. I have also been recently seen by Allyssa Lourdes Vallee and Melody Torres. Both were thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant professionals. I have been a patient for many years and have recommended this practice to friends.
I only waited a few minutes to see Melody Torres. She was aware of my history and my problem. She was thorough and gave me time to tell my story, before we discussed options. And, as usual , I believe I received quality medical care at Coastal- now Brown Health- in Greenville.
My visit to Coastal Medical was very good. Great service.
It is refreshing to go into a medical facility and have the professionalism that is practiced at Coastal Medical. Office personnel to care givers, all appear to be genuinely committed to our well being. Doctors and PAs take time to listen and to explain courses of action and why. Also, very little wait time.
