Today I called to see my PCP (or a specific nurse practitioner that I am accustomed to seeing) and was told that I could not have an appointment. I explained I was having heart palpitations and again was told there were no openings. So I decided to go to Urgent Care to be seen if alone for peace of mind. Brown Health Medical Group Formerly Coastal Medical @Greenville Office is an excellent office! The staff is very friendly and personable! I love my primary care doctor, but all of the healthcare providers at this office are excellent!
The staff members are very caring and personable. The surroundings are always neat and clean. Dr. Gaines takes the time to listen to his patient as well as making his patient feel comfortable.
Excellent and professional staff, clean and well maintained building, all services needed at this location.
Dr Rossi is very thorough and communicative. He was up to date on all my other doctors visits. He listens carefullyand responds thoughtfully. Their lab is convenient and efficient. Glad to be a patient of this practice.
