We called a day in advance to rent a mobility scooter for Saturday. They told us they were open from 10-12. We got there at 10. No one was there. We called. No one answered. Went back at 10:40. No one was there again, no one answered the phone.
The lady who runs this place is very unprofessional she doesn't know how to size people for the equipment that she rents she doesn't know how the equipment works when you try to return it her personal life is more important than her taking her equipment back so you're not billed for it
They were very accommodating and got my scooter back fast! So thankful for their consideration on my need for fast turnaround!!
