Horrible customer service don’t ever use them. Ryan does not care about his customers at all. They installed a mini split system in our house and the AC started leaking almost immediately. I called to let him know and he said it was a faulty pump and that the replacement was covered under this and AC pro warranty. He told us he was going to get the part in a couple days and come back to fix it. HE NEVER showed up. Started blocking our calls (I had my friends call and he would answer their calls right away) but we could never... read more
