I would like to shed some light on the type of service Coastal Marine believe in. Ive had several issues with my new Robalo that I purchased from a different dealer. Ive spoken to Brandy here at Coastal (when my dealer barely would help me) and shes gone above and beyond for a customer of a DIFFERENT DEALER! I purchased a 2021 R180 custom built. There was great communication throughout the process. I’ve had the boat since October of last year. I had some minor issues with the boat during my break in period(trim tabs, radio, trailer jack.. etc.) that were resolved in a timely manner, no questions asked. They have been a pleasure to do business with and would recommend them to anyone.
Purchased a boat last year and still having issues with paperwork. Can’t get the trailer registered therefore no tag. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Good job coastal!
Brian and Brandy really helped us. Brian agree to store the boat and allow people to view the boat while it was advertised on Marketplace. They also made a fair offer in the event it didn't sell for our asking price.

Great customer service the whole crew will always make sure they do their best in sales and service after the sale. I highly recommend them when searching for a new or pre owned boat. Their service department is great also for after the sale. Its been a long time since Ive had this kind of customer service.
Just stopped in to look at one of coastal marines boats that they had for sale, 4 hours later I pulled off their lot with my boat. GREAT service, very informative, helpful in every way. They answered all of my question, just can’t say enough about Brandy and Bubba. If your in the market for a boat, definitely stop by Coastal Marine Sale, first or last!!!!

If you want to have your time wasted and to be lied to I strongly advise for you to go see Bubba. Bubba does a great job at being scatterbrain. He is pretty good at changing the deal that He offered without notice! He is pretty much full of it. If you want to just look at a pretty boat but not purchase it this is the place for you! But If you are ready to buy and don’t want to waste your time you may want to go some place else.
