I'd push back on the negative reviews of Coastal — our experience has been quite the opposite. My family has lived in the Turtle Rock Vistas community for over 12 years, and I've served on the association's board in various capacities for the past six. During that time, we worked with two management companies before bringing Coastal on board, and the difference has been night and day. Connor and Karrie are simply the best management team we've had. When I first met the Coastal Management team at our community pool event, it immediately felt different. They were genuinely hands-on, personable, and clearly took pride in managing our community as if it were their own. Been living in my Turtle Rock community for a number of years and we've cycled through a number of HOAs and this is by far the worst one. Failure to respond to emails or calls. Sends out community emails with conflicting information.
