Coastal Management is the absolute BEST HOA Team! If you want excellent service while feeling cared about, give Coastal a call!! Our small community has been treated and managed poorly by prior HOA companies as well as prior negligent Board members. Karrie has taken on a huge responsibility in managing our property, resolved numerous, lingering and ongoing issues, managed improvements that gave us back our "curb" appeal, and most importantly truly cares about the entire community and homeowners.

Coastal has been Newport Villa's management company since late 2024. My experience with Karrie, Conner and the rest of their team has been fantastic. I am on the board and our HOA had worked with some other management companies before coming to Coastal; Coastal has been by far the best. Our HOA has some legacy issues from previous managers and Coastal's team has been diligently working to address those issues and improve our community.
