Jamie Kilian did a fantastic job in making the process stress free. She communicated with us and worked hard to get the process completed timely. She went above and beyond to set up contractors, cleaners etc. to make it living ready the very first day. Her personal touches and attention to detail made our new property our home away from home instantly. Erin and her team are the best. Erin's team sold not just 1 but 2 houses for us in a challenging market. They were incredible, from the marketing, to the communication, they were the best. At the end when we were looking at repairs to get to the closing line, Erin went the extra mile and lined up contractors to make both sides happy. Highly recommended. Great to deal with a local who knows and loves her market.
