This business is the most unprofessionally run property management service that I have ever worked with. Andy Pracht, the owner and manager, is difficult to work with and is extremely rude. He failed to notify us of an increase in rent until the day before our lease agreement had to be signed for another annual lease extension, leaving us with no other options.
