Coastal Livery provides excellent service and their chauffeurs are professional, courteous and helpful. They provided service for us to and from Black Falcon terminal in the past 2 weeks and sent us notification starting the day prior confirming pick up and drop off. On the morning of, the assigned chauffeur texted to provide name and expected arrival.

We've used Coastal Livery numerous times to and from Logan Airport and have never been disappointed! The drivers are always on time, professional and courteous. We even had one flight that was delayed by 4 hours (arriving at midnight instead of 8:00 pm) and the driver was still there waiting for us! We wouldn't even consider another service!!
I always use Coastal for my trips to Logan. One of the best things I have noticed about Coastal is the company's ability to reschedule and accommodate the customer's needs. Whether you're going to be 20 minutes late or need a car a day later, Coastal will quickly make the adjustment over the phone with no extra fees or rude sighs. Purely professional here.
I have hired Coastal Livery many times but the main ones were for my wedding, an airport run and for a night out with friends. At my wedding we had a town car and a limo it worked out perfectly. The chauffeurs were fantastic rolled out the red carpet and even had champagne waiting for us. So I am a regular user of Coastal Livery. At times I am shutting back and forth to Logan on a weekly and sometimes twice per week basis. Joel and the team NEVER EVER let me down. Even last minute flight changes or traffic snarls never come into play. I even booked Coastal for a concert night on the town at Fenway and Joel trusted me to his best limo the night before his daughters wedding.
