We are in the outdoor backyard structures business ..Coastal bought a service from us for one of their customers and now wont pay the bill..we have contacted them at least 5 times and they still wont pay..sad way to do business..with local people..
They build a beautiful patio. Unfortunately, after 2 years, we are STILL waiting for them to come back and fix the Trex-like porch floor that they ruined with a power washer and have promised to fix over and over again. Their customer service, communication and follow up to make things right needs a lot of work. Their mission statement is not accurate. UPDATED REVIEW!!!! SPOKE TOO SOON EARLIER! Coastal called me just after i posted the previous review. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with! Very responsive, professional and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COASTAL!!! Had an on-site consultation. Lots of info. Said they would get back to me with more info and a rough quote within 48 hours. Been 48 hours, still waiting.
Spoke with Jason on the phone. Scheduled an appointment which he couldn’t make. Rescheduled and he couldn’t make that one either. Said he’d definitely be here the next morning. No call no show. Read my text message but didn’t respond. Odd way to run a business!
