We could not be more pleased with the job Jay at Coastal Lawn Sprinklers did for us again this year. We have never had lawn sprinklers and had no idea how to use them when we moved to Florida. Jay came out and serviced the sprinklers. He answered our questions and was patient and thorough. We called him back again this year for some additional work. He is exceptional. We highly recommend him and are thankful for the work he does.
I had an excellent experience with Coastal Lawn Sprinkler after my system was hit by a lightning storm. From the start, Jay was transparent about the pricing and explained to me that he could not provide me with a valid quote without knowing the extent of the damage. I tell folks who call the office how much we charge per hour plus our service call fee and they think that is high, but, without a doubt we work faster and more efficiently than most other companies., and the customer actually saves money by hiring us and we guarantee professional results.
My name is Peter Stingo, some 20 or so years ago I hired Coastal Lawn Sprinkler to install a sprinkler system in my front and back yards, and my neighbor also had his done, it didn't take them long to get both done, Jay was as friendly as he could be and so were his workers, I just had a problem with my system called Jay to re-do my sprinkler heads, 2 days later he was here and done the job, operates better now then when it was new, thank you Jay.
Jay - I just want to thank you again for superb customer service again. Because I decided to get a shed, I called Jay and asked if he had time before a certain date to come out and move and install a few sprinklers in the back yard. 3.5 years I moved into Santa Rosa County. We'd always been told that our sprinklers did not work properly because we didn't have adequate water pressure. After the frustration of trying many different sprinkler services, we finally found one that is truly credible! They corrected the problem and they now work perfectly (and great pressure)! They will install and service them properly. We've used this company for years now & very satisfied with their work. So glad to finally have a place that does it right!
