Do not use Coastal Kia's service department. Find a local mechanic - they will treat you better and give you a better price. I have used 7 different Kia dealerships in NC and TN to service my 2017 Soul over the last 5 years. Had amazing experiences at all of them but Coastal. After multiple bad experiences, I feel I need to share so I can save someone the time and money here. First, my sunroof started to close slower and slower. my car was at 63k, about 3k over the warranty for the sunroof. They would not even discuss small... read more
