Gave Coastal Kia a days notice that I was coming to look at the vehicle, spoke to Shay? In BDC and Isaiah in finance, was not told the vehicle was filthy, disgusting and scratched badly, did not have to come that day, could have waited till it cleaned and repaired. We were very disappointed and will shop elsewhere.
Someone from the Internet sales team contacted me and told me that I had great taste and should come test drive it. I live about 30 minutes away and had business near the area later in the day. I told the Internet sales person that I would be there around 3:30 and asked who I should contact. When I got there, that person was with a customer. Coastal Kia is doing their best to support increased inflation in these difficult times. They are charging 20-25% over MSRP for vehicles. None of the other dealerships in the area, Jacksonville, Lumberton and Myrtle Beach are employing such gouging tactics. Mr. Koballa should be embarrassed and ashamed of himself.

Do not use Coastal Kia's service department. Find a local mechanic - they will treat you better and give you a better price. I have used 7 different Kia dealerships in NC and TN to service my 2017 Soul over the last 5 years. Had amazing experiences at all of them but Coastal. After multiple bad experiences, I feel I need to share so I can save someone the time and money here. First, my sunroof started to close slower and slower. my car was at 63k, about 3k over the warranty for the sunroof. They would not even discuss small... read more

Buyer Beware. My wife and I are in the market to purchase a new vehicle. We have a deal in place with Myrtle Beach Kia. I put in information to True Car to determine local evaluations of the vehicle we were looking at and a representative from Coastal Kia reached out to me. After 10 hours of negotiations, they asked me to either give them 5000 dollars to hold the vehicle or start financing paperwork on a car they have not received to their lot. Mark, we apologize for your frustration. As you are aware your interest was in Kia's award winning Kia Telluride. Unfortunately due to high demand for this vehicle and low supply, deposits are necessary to hold incoming vehicles before they arrive. Kia's West Point, Georgia factory can not make them fast enough. Kia Tellurides are sold as soon as a dealer has a serial number for an incoming unit. In stock inventory is simply not there unfortunately.
