I traveled from Tallahassee to Quincy, Florida to get warranty repairs. There were several attempts at Tallahassee Jeep Dodge Fiat. Actually there were two visits to that dealership where I purchased two vehicles. Just for the third visit did I get a call saying that a loaner was not available. There were two visits with the car being held for a full day with it not being touched by a wrench. The issue was resolved by Coastal in less than an hour!

Coastal Dodge Scam Alert!! Brought my vehicle in for 2 misfires readings. Instead of just replacing the plugs, They were only interested in tearing into the motor to see what was "causing the misfire". They sat on my vehicle 3wks without servicing as their next interest was "whose paying for the teardown" WHAT!!! I then changed my request to just replacing the plugs where then decided they would refuse servicing as I no longer wanted to allow them to break down my motor. 3 wks later and I'm now having to find a new shop to g... read more
