Dealership sold a service warranty and never registered it with the insurance company that process it. Sold a car with major electrical and safety issues and did nothing to resolve it after promising to do so. Totally lied to me in regards to repairing my Jeep's transmission, then continued to avoid answering any request to justify actions while it sat on their lot, or why later, attempted to charge me storage because I wouldn't let them replace the transmission at a huge expense without justification. I bought a car from this dealership on April 3rd, 2025. Since November 2nd, 2025 my car has been stop without turning on. I have tried to contact the Service Center of the dealership and, as of this review, they have not answered the calls or give a call back when ai leave a voicemail with my info. If someone in “another” area answers, they quickly, once I tell them what’s happening, say that I had contacted the “sales” department and I need the “service” department. Buyer beware. They will sell you a lemon, promise to fix the issues, and then won't. UPDATED FUN FACT...YOU PAID 3 GRAND FOR A WARRANTY THEY NEVER FILED AND WHEM YOU SEND THEM A WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE WARRANTY COMPANY THAT ONE NEVER EXISTED...COASTAL JEEP WILL GHOST YOU AND YOU HAVE TO GET A LAWYER INVOLVED. Skyler specifically is the worst.
