Zero stars. Negative 100 stars! Worst experience of my life. We have moved into a home that had been vacant for a while after having been rented for many years. I personally had a walk-thru with the guy from Coastal Janitorial prior to them sending cleaners - I showed him everything I wanted done, in every room. He nodded. I explained that walls and doors would need washing because we wanted to ready them for painters. He nodded. Not the greatest cleaning Made so many complaints about this cleaning service and they can't seem to understand English. Workers have poor English speaking skills to tell them their work is not being done right. Addressed the problem and they continue to work with less effort. Have left notes about the cleaning and they just do not due the work. It isn't that hard to understand to addressed the points to them but this cleaning service is missing important details in our building after telling them to do better. I do not like... read more

Mismanaged cleaning service! Horrible service This company has no clue who the customer is. Too see only these Mexican cleaning women come into our office to clean getting dropped off with no car and no cleaning supplies, standing around to wait for supplies on the customer’s time. They only speak Spanish and they are not organized enough to do a simple cleaning job but to waste our time. What is this?
