Tim is an excellent agent. One of the best I’ve ever worked with. He absolutely goes above and beyond. And his contact list is amazing. I would recommend him and plan to use him myself in the future if I am buying or selling homes in the Baldwin County area.
Tim, is an exceptional realtor who bends over backwards for his clients and made our home buying experience less stressful. Every time we had a question or needed something, we knew we could rely on Tim to get us what we needed as soon as possible. At one instance I had to let Tim know he didn’t have to react so quickly to our requests and his response was: “it’s my nature.” That response convinced me of his dedication to his clients.
Tim and I recently closed our first transaction together. He was an excellent communicator and made the process seamless. If you are looking for representation, I would highly recommend Tim. He has a wealth of knowledge about the market, and is a pleasure to work with.
There are no words to properly convey my gratitude to Tim for his help before during and after closing of our home. 2 years after the sale with had hail damage while on vacation, Tim was there to be our eyes and ears. You won't find another realtor with these qualities. We have sold and purchased many houses over the years Tim has been the best.
