From the photos and videos, the description of concerns, to hopping on a conference call with my realtor and I to discuss everything on the report gave my fiancé and I such clarity and peace of mind with moving forward with our contract on our new home, especially with us relocating to Corpus Christi. We were buying a new build home and Scott did our inspection. I am so impressed with how detailed he was! He did his inspection the morning of our blue tape walkthrough and had the report for the builder before we arrived. He found SO MANY things I would never think about checking!
