Dependable, reliable service with a timely report issued. Very happy with the service.
I was very impressed with the copious photos taken of areas of concern. Vast knowledge of code, and his ability to explain it in layman's terms on the report. The most helpful part was his online report system to help me build a repair list to the seller.
I cannot recommend coastal inspections enough. They are extremely detailed when inspecting a home. Scott inspected our new build in a very short notice. Him and his wife were able to work our house in and get it inspected and have the report ready in less than 5 hours which is extremely impressive given the fact we also got the foundation, termite/pest, and hydrostatic options. Does not do a very thorough inspection. Finishes in about an hour. Kind of just checks the bare minimum. I wish I would’ve chosen someone else because this wasn’t worth the $300 in my opinion.
