Cody Tyler & Scott Shank...These guys are top notch in their field. They shoot you straight and tell it like it is. I've had an inspection done by both of them and I can't say enough great things about this company. Great communication with scheduling, appointment reminders, inspection summary, follow ups, and availability! I would highly recommend.

He took the time to walk us through the report, answered all of our questions, and explained things in a way that actually made sense and didn’t feel overwhelming. I was very impressed with the copious photos taken of areas of concern. Vast knowledge of code, and his ability to explain it in layman's terms on the report. The most helpful part was his online report system to help me build a repair list to the seller.
