I utilized Coastal Inspections for a pre-purchase inspection which included general inspection, termite and pest inspection, hydrostatic water line inspection, and pool and spa inspection. I wanted to reach out and share how pleased I was with our recent property inspection. Scott was incredibly thorough and did not miss a single detail. This is actually the second inspection he has completed for us, and his detailed work previously saved us from purchasing a home that required major repairs. Cody Tyler & Scott Shank...These guys are top notch in their field. They shoot you straight and tell it like it is. I've had an inspection done by both of them and I can't say enough great things about this company. Great communication with scheduling, appointment reminders, inspection summary, follow ups, and availability! I would highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with Coastal Inspections. The report was extremely thorough and detailed, which really helped us understand everything clearly. He took the time to walk us through the report, answered all of our questions, and explained things in a way that actually made sense and didn’t feel overwhelming. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and making sure his clients feel informed. I would definitely recommend Coastal Inspections!
