Extremely disappointed in the doctor and medical staff. The office was inept. Did not swab or culture my infection, but instead sent me for testing that they could not review at my followup visit, as the doctor was not in. Simply said, the nurse practitioner told me to be seen by Infectious Disease at UPenn, with no diagnosis, and no referral - stating that she would still review my results with the doctor, and in turn, call me at a later time with any other ideas that they may have for treatment. I would highly recommend... The doctors the staff a plus!!!
Only Dr. and practitioner that listened and followed through to get my health back. All the staff is personably and goes above to show they care about their patients.
