Had a problem with my sissy bar on my Vic, talked to Kevin who told me to ship it to them and they would take care of it. Not only did he replace it free of charge but also powder coated it for me since the had no matte black only gloss in stock. Great customer service and they stand by their products. Thank You
Called last week for a price on grips for my 03 victory and they wanted $180, went on line bought the same ones I have for $37. They wanted $150 for a stock gas cap for my victory, found one online for less than $50. This place is way overpriced. I will never buy another thing from coastal victory, my advice is if you need something for your victory go online and if you need your motorcycle serviced your best bet is to go to Wilmington. This place is a rip off.
Got my husbsnd new exhaust for our Victory. We love it!! Sounds bad ass. Staff did a great job!!
