Roger and his team were very professional and thorough when replacing my windows. There were complicated decisions to make and he was open to coming up with creative ways to solve them. He wasn’t the least expensive of my quotes, but he seemed the most ethical and proved to be throughout the process.
My old impact glass windows developed air and water leaks. After speaking with a few contractors, Roger was the only one who clearly knew how to deal with the situation. He expertly put a stop to the leaks with adjustments and replacement parts. When it’s time to replace the windows, Roger will be the man I go to!
Roger, from Coastal Impact Design, ordered and installed a custom sliding pocket window for my home improvement project. When presented with an unexpected challenge with the layout and installation of the window, Roger designed a solution that ensured the window was installed as planned. I am very happy with the look of the window. I appreciate Roger’s dedication to making sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Because of Roger’s work ethic, I would hire him again for my future window installation needs.
I have dealt with Roger on several of my projects and he is amazing. He is very detail oriented and cares very much about the satisfaction of his customers. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to get their project done right.
