I tried to work with Joan, but I found her extremely pushy with expensive and useless fees. I decided to find another agent. When I did and found a home I wanted to make an offer on, it turned out that she was the listing agent. I'm pretty sure she didn't even give the offer to the seller. She just responded "they wouldn't consider my offer."
See reviews on Zillow. The above poster should be ashamed of how they act on the Internet. The argument with the assistant manager was about Publix employees (not customers) not following Publix stated policy. The whole post is either completely fictional or a complete misunderstanding. This person has signed up new accounts and left this same “review” on a bunch off different sites. The poster is not a client and most likely a Publix employee who holds a grudge.
