Horrible experience. I needed a CBC performed for our dog to continue her chemotherapy meds from our oncologist vet in Savannah. I called and spoke plain and clearly that all we need is exactly and ONLY a CBC performed for this reason. My request was accepted, an appointment made and we showed up. When I arrived, I repeated again I only wanted a CBC performed to the reception person, and to the tech in the room we were taken when we were being asked questions about our dog.
