They were unable to find the water meter which is right in the front yard in a typical location. It took me 1 minute to find it. They therefore didn't bother to check the plumbing. Once we moved in we found we had a 1200 gallon/day subslab leak, $7000 repair job. USE SOMEONE ELSE. I complained to them and they said they are not responsible for checking the plumbing.
