This company is horrible in their level of services rendered to their patients. I have watched and heard the Dircetor of the Valparaiso office (Ms Krantz) tell a patient/client that she would have no coverage for the evening. The patient/client is a wheelchair bound woman who requires assistance with meals and toileting. When the patient asked how whe was going to help her eat or go to bathroom Ms. Krantz replied "we are not an emergency service, call 911".
