I’ve had multiple appointments here and have only actually seen Dr. Taff once. This was after the front desk staff did not complete the appropriate insurance paperwork, causing me to go without my medication for the weekend. When I did finally see Dr. Taff after this, she sent me right to the hospital. I was not even given fluids while there, I still have no idea why she insisted I go to the ER, she gave no clear instructions as to why I was even going. I have tried on several occasions to get an appointment with Dr Taff each time I am told the office is being being changed and the doctor is no longer accepting new patients. Meanwhile back at the ranch, the doctor has taken out a full page ad in the Leisure Village West monthly magazine. Having seen the say I called again and was still told that she is not accepting new patients. That is not logical. You should not be advertising and bragging about all your educational prowess if you are not accepting new patients.
