The staff is very nice, caring, and very professional. Dr. Jessica TAFF is one of my favorite doctors. Unfortunately I do have a lot of doctor but Dr Jessica TAFF makes going to the doctors an extremely Pleasant situation. I also appreciate how very knowledgeable she is of hematology and also I'm very impressed on how she very well she did in college. It means a lot to me when a doctor has very high grades in college because it means that they are dedicated to becoming as knowledgeable as they can about is there specific fie... read more
Nah. My mother’s first oncologist and it only lasted a short time after the first chemo dose caused a full on seizure and was too strong and caused her hair to fall out all at once in her first chemo session. This oncologist needs to study more. Didn’t even try to redeem herself or make it right.
I’ve had multiple appointments here and have only actually seen Dr. Taff once. This was after the front desk staff did not complete the appropriate insurance paperwork, causing me to go without my medication for the weekend. When I did finally see Dr. Taff after this, she sent me right to the hospital. I was not even given fluids while there, I still have no idea why she insisted I go to the ER, she gave no clear instructions as to why I was even going. This was of course around 3pm, so maybe she just wanted me out of her of... read more
