They arrived quickly, which I appreciate. However I was shocked by the invoice I received. They replaced one part and my furnace ran for about 24 hours before shutting down again. I ended up fixing the issue myself using youtube tutorials. Just be aware that you’ll be paying close to 1k minimum for them to work on your furnace. Do yourself a favor and learn to fix simple issues on your own.
Coastal Heating and Cooling is the only company I will let touch my unit. They provide top notch service at reasonable prices. It feels like I’m working with family and friends when I call. Down home professionalism. You will not be disappointed choosing them for your HVAC needs.
Ron and Jim are professional, knowledgeable, & thorough! They fixed other people’s bad repairs and even did their best to be quiet around my sleeping baby. A+ Service does still exist!
