Great service. Timely.
Our upstairs A C went out this week, temperatures over 95! We thought it would be days before anyone would be able to help us. Coastal came to the rescue almost immediately and resolved all the issues! By the way they were the first call we made because they have always delivered the best advice and service.
The A/C emergency repair was done quickly and solved the issue.
Lost a/c during late afternoon t-storm, and temp in the mid-80s. Phoned-in a message and got a call-back in 15 minutes. Tech arrived next morning and had it running in no time. Even better, he explained what had happened, how to avoid it, and possibly re-start the system on my own if it happens again. Coastal has done my HVAC maintenance for seven years, and this is the service I always get: prompt, friendly and (most importantly) successful. Many thanks!
