I LOVE MY DOCTOR!!!! I have a problem with the BILLING OFFICE!!!! They scheduled a procedure for me. The day before my appointment, they left me a message, and I instantly returned their call. Nobody answered, so I left a message. Nobody called me back. I get to my appointment and they tell me my procedure is not covered. They said my insurance doesn’t cover it. So I have to SELF PAY. $80 that I do not have. They told me the doctor is gonna have to write a different order and they’ll resubmit. Why didn’t they do that between... read more
This afternoon is the first time I have not been in extreme pain this year! Dr Doll is my physician and she finally figured out what works for me. Pain is from an 8 to a 3! Hasn't been that since before my back got broken. She is a miracle worker. I am able to stand longer than 5 minutes and even walked around the yard today. Dr. Doll is amazing and I am so grateful to her for helping me today. I'm not quite ready to go dancing but I sure feel like I could again, yeehaw! My prayers were answered at last. The lady who answers the phone barely speaks English. My doctor faxed the referral over twice. They have no record of this according to her. I am going elsewhere, a terrible experience.
