Tried calling for an appointment and no one answers the phone. I am struggling and this office clearly does not care about peoples mental health. Thanks, Coastal.

Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. My provider is very attentive and shows genuine care for my needs and positive progress
Dr. Miller starts her sessions by checking in with me on things like mood, sleep, meds, etc. She reviews her notes. We then discuss what’s been going on and if any changes need to be made to my medications. Very happy!
I felt way better leaving than when I got there. Ms. Sara didn't rush things; she really took her time to listen. She made some insightful observations. We came up with a plan for ongoing treatment, including meds and tips on how to change my behavior and make better choices. We scheduled a follow-up in 3 months. I don't know if they changed anyone in reception or the front office lately. It was never bad (half-hearted maybe?).
