They seldom return calls to their patients when they say that they will. They tell me to use the Patient Portal, but they still never respond, no matter how urgent my request is. I feel as though their patients are of no value to anyone there. It's all about the money! I will be browsing for a new doctor very soon.
You will NOT be disappointed with this staff! SO very friendly and welcoming. They REALLY care about their patients, and are very professional. My husband and I both see them every month and always have a great experience. They make going to a doctor's appointment seem like I'm visiting friends. These ladies are extremely helpful and kind.
The health care team at this place literally saved my life. I was referred for 'sciatica pain'. At the initial visit instead of going the easy way of numbing my pain away and send me on my merry way to physical therapy, the Dr. ordered x-rays and MRI. The MRI showed a Tarlov cyst on my lower spine and also sizable cyst on my right ovary.
