I had the pleasure of speaking with Dierra at Coastal Health Primary Care, and she was an absolute delight! She was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help me get the specific information I needed. I was driving at the time, and she didn’t hesitate to look things up for me on Google to make sure I had the correct details. Her professionalism and genuine care really stood out. She deserves 5 stars and more!
Better communication between patient and and all staff including physicians. Sending messages via phone or via patient portal gets almost completely ignored and once you leave your very quick physician appointment you become invisible to them and it becomes like pulling teeth to get proper timely communication a lesson in futility
Wonderful and friendly staff. Providers very caring and listened to my concerns.
