I was an established patient of Dr. Sidey and it became very difficult to get an appointment with her. I agreed to see another Dr in the practice and after a 5 minute visit I was sent for imaging. Called twice for results and no call back for 2 weeks . On third call I tried again to see my original Dr. and was told it would be approx 2 months..

I’ve been a patient here many years. Stephanie Wilder was my primary. Four years ago I moved an hour and a half away, but I kept Stephanie as my primary because she’s amazing. In July, I found out she left the practice so I had a telehealth appointment with another physician assistant. Fast-forward to two weeks ago and I needed three prescriptions approved for refill. I was an estimated patient of many years. My primary provider was Stephanie Wilder. In October of 2024 it started to become very difficult to set an appointment to see her. 2025 came and it became more difficult to set an appointment with Stephanie Wilder. The practice was constantly referring me to another provider. I eventually learned that Stephanie was leaving the practice. I have really enjoyed this practice until my provider left. Now I can't get prescriptions filled and other necessary medical issues resolved. I just hope this care facility can survive a loss of 3 major providers. 😡

Very poor communication. I scheduled an appointment to see a new Primary doctor back in July for September 22. The front desk called me to reschedule the morning of my apt due to the physician “relocating”… now I have to wait another 2 months just to get in the door for a primary. Extremely unprofessional & poor way of treating patients.
