My husband needed a clinic visit during our port visit in Juneau in mid-September. From booking to check out, Karen made everything easy and smooth. Most of all, she treated my husband with care, kindness and warmth. She took her time with us and we felt very at ease in her office. She gives each patient a full hour for the office visit which was so refreshing to not feel rushed. We even got a great recommendation for a local lunch. Easy walk from the cruise port, too! Highly recommend Coastal!
I took my daughter here while on our cruise as she got sick during our trip. It was the best decision I made that week. Karen was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. She even lent us her tram pass to use. This is the first review I’ve left for a medical visit, only because she is such an amazing provider. Thank you, Karen, for your kindness!
Went to Coastal Health Urgent Care and had a solid experience. The woman who helped me was professional, down-to-earth, and actually gave a damn. She was friendly , and handled everything smoothly. Definitely appreciated the way she took care of things. If you need to get checked out, this is a good spot.
Absolutely wonderful care from Karen Smith, FNP at Coastal Health! While traveling on a cruise, I developed a painful infection in my finger that had worsened over several days. I visited Coastal Health during a short stop in Juneau, and Karen was truly incredible.
