Amazing service, so helpful and kind.
Came to this practice to get medical paperwork done required for a job, and I had nothing but good things to say! Very affordable health care too and would highly recommend even if you're in town visiting and need a check up. Karen has created such a beautiful environment for all of her patients. May 2026, my husband and I arrived in Juneau on Celebrity cruise ship. It was a cold and rainy day. I had left my knee brace at home in TN and with the rain being cold my knee was hurting so bad. I looked up drug stores and the closest one was closed then I googled Walk In Clinics and that's when I found Karen. My husband needed a clinic visit during our port visit in Juneau in mid-September. From booking to check out, Karen made everything easy and smooth. Most of all, she treated my husband with care, kindness and warmth. She took her time with us and we felt very at ease in her office. She gives each patient a full hour for the office visit which was so refreshing to not feel rushed. We even got a great recommendation for a local lunch. Easy walk from the cruise port, too! Highly recommend Coastal!
