I’ve been calling for 2 days and cannot get them on the phone, either number
They wouldn’t even help my brother fill out a Medicaid application which he needed for transfer. They wouldn’t even take 30 seconds to print it out from the website. They want him to leave, but he needs to be monitored in a facility. I had to have someone in town (as I don’t live in Savannah) print out an application on their work computer and drop it off. Who even knows if they got it to him? The least they could have done was to help him apply.
Negative stars if possible!!!
