I’ve been to the facility numerous of times but this last visit was it. After I was admitted and moved to a room it became hell. The staff was not pleasant, my pillow slips had blood in them, previous patient name tag was at the edge of the bed. I wasn’t served breakfast that I personally called and ordered. I understand there’s a shortage everywhere but this was unacceptable

I suffer from chronic pain due to issues with my Lumbar Spine; There is 5 mm of anterolisthesis of L3 on L4 secondary to bilateral pars defects. 2 mm of retrolisthesis of L1 on L2.
