I've been using Coastal Hankla for over 20 years, and they never disappoint. One key facet: the same guys have been servicing my units for at least the last 10 years, maybe longer. It's good to see employee continuity - it says a lot about the business.
Very disappointed in the owner. Can't give any assurance to fix the problem only charges for parts and labor and trip and no heat. Not much compassion for the elderly and ill. Money is your only concern. Your staff are kind and generous. Unrealistic no guarantee on any of the repairs and I'm out of the money for the service. I've never heard of any business doing this

I've had Coastal Hankla do all my HVAC work at my home in Sugar Land TX and have never been disappointed. Great service guys, they only hire professionals. 13 years and they never let me down.
These guys were so nice and so helpful! They also responded super quickly and got our issue taken care of the same day. Highly recommend!
