We just had two shower doors installed. We had professional service from our initial call to the install. We were 9 days from the day we ordered to the day of install for a custom made shower door. The install crew was prompt, professional and friendly. Based on our experience, we highly recommend this outfit.
Run away from this company...fast! No call backs, substandard service, substandard products. Totally frustrating to TRY to get a call back from. HORRIBLE experience!!!!
DO NOT do business with this company!! We put a large deposit down on a custom order in October. We were told it would be six weeks for the window to come in. Six weeks came and went with no window. I started calling everyday to get the status and could not get a call back from the owner, who was the only person that knew about the order. AWFUL customer service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very unprofessional. Came 2 hours late to start the job. Did a bad job and when we called them back to fix the problem they made excuses and did not want to fix it. Then the owner made an appointment a few days later to come out to look at the problem... the owner does not show up at all !! no call, nothing just doesn't show up. For a glass place to take over 3 weeks to get 3 standard windows in and installed is ridiculous. They say help the locals out well they need to do better business. When I question them about the home frame that I was still waiting the guy on the phone was very rude. I'm going on week 4 and still no window sill that was suppose to be put in on the same day!! Air bubbles galore and dont honor their work
DO NOT GO!!! These people are not right. I couldn't use a credit card nor get a receipt at the time I got my tint done. Since it’s local and has a warranty I thought nothing of it. I wanted to get my windows tinted to the legal limit. Weeks later I got stopped for my tent being to dark. 5 months later my tint started to come off. When I call to fix the problem the assistance manger was talking over me as I tried to explain the problem to cover up something it in my sense.
