John was a pleasure to work with. He demonstrated a competitive spirit while being courteous, highly competent, and remarkably efficient in all his tasks. I highly recommend him!
I wanted to say something positive about this company the way they started. The lack of communication is unacceptable! I’d say make sure you hold some money back if you want them to do a complete job for you. They missed their appointments 4 times and never communicated until I reached out to them. I simply asked when if replacement door was in and Matt will not reply. Terribly disappointing!!
This guy strung me along for over a week, telling me he ordered the glass I needed, “call back tomorrow”, then “call back in 3 days” and , etc. He never ordered the glass. Apparently , my order of less than a hundred was not interesting enough for him to take seriously. Finally after hounding him, he finally said I don’t have that size”. What a lier. A shop in Niceville had the order ready in 2 hours. Damn. So much for trying to spend local!
How this place gets 4 or 5 stars from some people is a mystery to me. I have to completely rebuild the cabinet door because of the broken trim and nail splits. See photo on how my cabinet door was returned to me.
