Office staff is great! Office is neat and clean! There has never been a waiting period on the office! They make appointments for me quickly! Shayla Spinner is FANTASTIC!!! Glad they are in Orange Park for the convenience! They are very knowledgeable and will not waste your time! They REALLY want you to be happy and healthy!
Coatal gastroenterology was going to charge me $30.00(tri care co pay) to see my test results from a colonoscopy and endoscopy. When I threw a fit and complained they begin to backstroke. They mentioned how the results would be sent to my primary care provider on base. Really. They changed their name, same bad practices under a new name. Buyer beware.
Do not use this place. They will demand co-pays to be paid before being seen, then when insurance EOBs come through that you DO NOT owe the co-pays, they give you every excuse why itsi taking so long to get it. I have been waiting since August 21,2018 and yet today November 14,2018 I get more excuses as why it hasn't been processed yet!!!!!!
