Great experience. My wife and I were encouraged to see them by our friend. I had arranged to come by on a Saturday morning and with not meeting us before, as we got out of our vehicle, Craig and Matt were out the door hands extended and greeting us by name! Truly impressive. Both were fantastic at answering all our questions. We feel we got a great deal on our new Mustang Mach E and good value on our trade in. Thanks guys. 5+ stars

I would give more stars if it was possible. I began my experience with coastal ford due to a minor service issue and it lead me to meeting, and dealing with, some of the best sales staff I’ve ever encountered. From the beginning to the end of my experience of buying a new truck, Gillian and Craig were exceptional. Thank you for the positive experience. I’ll be back when I’m in the market for a new truck.
Had a really positive experience with Matt at Coastal Ford! He was super attentive, communicative and very respectful of my time --which I appreciated a lot. I was expecting the car-buying process to be a bit of a hassle, but Matt made it easy. You can tell he takes pride in his customer relationships and will go the extra mile to make you feel taken care of. I'd recommend him to anyone -- Thank you Matt!
