Recently bought a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Heritage Limited from Dick. Very happy with his service while I bought my vehicle. He is knowledgeable about the car specs, how it drives and gave a thorough orientation on the car. Friendly and easy to work with. Not a pushy salesman either. I went in last week to test drive a couple of Mustangs, and Logan assisted us. From the beginning, I felt that he was somewhat dismissive. My Expedition had been showing a blind spot sensor warning. I took the vehicle to this place twice, one of those times while it was still under warranty. Their last advice was to clean underneath the vehicle. I was not convinced by this explanation, as we have other vehicles at the remote site where I work, but I am one of the only employees based in Vancouver.
