I would give more stars if it was possible. I began my experience with coastal ford due to a minor service issue and it lead me to meeting, and dealing with, some of the best sales staff I’ve ever encountered. From the beginning to the end of my experience of buying a new truck, Gillian and Craig were exceptional. Thank you for the positive experience. I’ll be back when I’m in the market for a new truck.
Had a really positive experience with Matt at Coastal Ford! He was super attentive, communicative and very respectful of my time --which I appreciated a lot. I was expecting the car-buying process to be a bit of a hassle, but Matt made it easy. Purchased a Mustang Mach E premium extended range. The whole sales experience was seamless from start to finish. Craig answered all my questions in a straight forward and concise manner. If you are serious about a new or used Ford product...this is the store for you. They don't waste your time so don't waste their's if you're not serious about buying.
