Absolutely impeccable and beautiful work putting in our new floors in our new home. Everyone was so nice and professional. I would highly recommend coastal flooring for anyone who is looking to redo their floors. We are so thankful!
Had flooring installed on my stairs early this year. About 6 months, a few of the planks started to shift on the platform. I contacted them via text and phone. They said they would come by to fix it. Here it is 4 months after I contacted them and nothing. Beside this, the work they did would be 4 to 5 stars. But the costumer service sucks.
Anyone know if they currently answer the phone? Or return calls?
They did a great job installing our new flooring.
