The food and staff is outstanding, clean and great decor.
The place is clearly well managed and I can see there are standards. I also appreciate the greetings and the smiles. Only 1 nitpick, I personally don’t like it when servers memorize orders. It only makes customers nervous you’re going to forget our requests (especially when allergies are involved), and in my experience that’s what often happens especially when we see you go memorize another party’s order before finishing placing ours. This place was EXCELLENT. We were in town due to some unfortunate circumstances and in search of good seafood to lighten the experience. This restaurant was recommended and it did not disappoint. Every employee, from the hosts to the busboys were smiling, friendly and welcoming. Had the crab cakes and the halibut, and both agreed that these were the best either of us has ever had. EVER. Imagine my surprise to learn that this is a chain!
