If your looking for a gym I really recommend y'all to coastal also they have the best protein shake and smoothies. Great staffs ,great trainers they can help you out with anything.
Very nice gym and amazing child care. My family and I absolutely love coming here and our little one lovessss his childcare. The gym has a good selection of machines & cardio equipment. The staff has always been so helpful when we have questions. We are very happy we joined this gym :)
Micah Was an excellent trainer for my small group class. He encourages with helpful tips and close attention on form so no one gets injured. He is also well organized and we use every minute of the class! Love it!!
I kept having issues with the childcare. Several times, the same lady was kissing my baby after telling her not to. On other occasions, the staff would be on their phone when I would go to pick my son up. Very disappointed because you want to be able to trust people. They are friendly, but just not knowledgeable on childcare. After two months, I will not be bringing my son back.
Been attending the facility even before it was Coastal Fitness. It's about the classes and pool.
