Logan is a great trainer. Energetic and motivated. She keeps us on our toes.
Shout out to my personal trainer Ryan! I joined Coastal Fitness in October and Ryan has been working with me on strength, balance and conditioning! I had surgery on Monday and will be non weight bearing for 8-10 weeks. The physical therapists at Novant Orthopedic were impressed with my upper body strength! I highly recommend Ryan to anyone. The rest of the staff is awesome too!
Today was my second day trying out this new gym. With new gym jitters I resorted to sauna session- meeting long time members who were so welcoming. They suggested trying out the classes. Lo and behold I came back and tried out Zumba! I jumped in late and couldn’t have been more happy I did. The ladies made space for me, encouraged me through out, and the instructor!
