Always Friendly employees . I personally have never found it uncomfortably busy, though there are certainly times where you’re not going to just be able to jump on whatever machine you want as there is only one of each type more or less. There is a pool, I’ve never used it , but I know it’s fairly popular with swim classes . There is also a sauna Daycare is clutch when you have to get a lift in and don’t have anyone for the kiddos, just be sure to discuss how that works with the front desk beforehand though . The facility is fine and the staff is exceedingly friendly and competent.
Love the classes with Andrea and I have a great personal trainer Ryan Roman. Front desk is always helpful!
I like all the variety options- there are several different types of classes, so it doesn't get boring with the same class and instructor every day. There is also a lot of different equipment to use and I rarely have to wait to use them. Having the pool as an option is also awesome! I also like to nutritious shakes and enjoy trying the shake of the month.
