Coastal Fitness has been my home away from home for nearly two years. The location is perfect, the staff is always friendly, and the members create an atmosphere that pushes you to be better every day. For me, the gym is more than a place to train. It’s where I clear my head, challenge myself, and set an example for my family and friends that there’s always room to improve. Been coming here for 5 years and it is my happy place. Great staff, incredible vibes, best equipment and sauna. My husband and I have tried all the gyms in the area and we always end up back here!

Clean and comfortable gym with a lot of added value from classes and the pool. The people are nice and the prices on drinks or extras are reasonable.
