I like this place alot...same price as planet fitness with much nicer equipment and not as many crowds good protein shakes
I joined Coastal in June of 2007. At first I was nervous about going to the gym for the first time in 10 years. The equipment was all really nice and i had no idea how to use it. They showed me around one on one which was really helpful, told me when a quiet time was to come and work out while i was just starting out. I started by walking for 15 mins 3 days a week on the treadmill. Coastal has great equipment and they dont try to trick u into signing up for a year
I joined Coastal Fitness about a year and a half ago and I absolutely love it. I have joined and quit gyms many times in my life and always end up losing my ambition and throwing in the towel. Coastal Fitness is great because it has all the equipment you need to get a great workout BUT, what has really made the difference for me is the atmosphere. There seems to be alot of people my age (which is no longer 21) and not everyone is a size 2 but they are all making an effort to get healthier. I love it! The staff is really nice... read more
