A section of our wooden fence in our backyard blew down in March. We Coastal to replace the damaged part and gate. When the fence company's owner came out to have us look over the finished work before we made the final payment, they were already repairing the gate. The screws around the gate had pulled out of the lumber! NOT a good sign. The gate closed properly for at least a couple of weeks. Then I noticed you had to manually pull a gap wider to operate it.
