Dr. Lisa and team are absolutely fabulous. I have an extremely stubborn case of sciatica and slowly but surely have been working my program to get it in check. I leave every session feeling better. My mobility has improved immensely. Looking forward to continuing on. 10/10 recommend!
I have been coming to Dr. Lisa since 2022 and I was so relieved after my very first visit! She was able to figure out what I needed so quickly that my previous Chiro was not. She has a gentle empathetic nature that is calming and welcoming. She sees my son as well and she listens to what type of adjustments he is most comfortable with. She is a true gem and Pacifica is lucky to have her!
Could not reccomend. This business charges you 275$ for your "initial visit" but does not disclose what the initial visit entails. Spoiler: nothing that matters for you. You receive 2 "scans" *or in our case one scan, since one was done without proper results* that mean absolutely nothing to the average individual, and an "evaluation" (I thought that was what the free consultation was for..?). Absolutely great gentle holistic chiropractic therapy, and also the radial sound wave therapy, really helps and results in a very noticeable better feel to the muscles and the body and posture. The people are wonderful and just being near the ocean is part of the therapy, also the best coffee in the world at Pacific Java one street over. What the therapists do at Coastal Family Wellness is such a valuable thing to keep your body well and tuned up, do it, you will feel better for it!
I really enjoyed my session with Dr. Lisa. It had been quite a while since my last adjustment, and I truly appreciated her knowledge, holistic approach, and keen observation. Her skillful adjustment left me feeling freed from so much tension I had been holding in several areas of my body. I also noticed a significant decrease in brain fog and felt more aligned overall. I also have much more mobility in my neck now. Honestly, I feel pretty fantastic!
