Receptionist was very, very rude. She refused to let someone see us. We had insurance. She kept telling us there was nothing that they could do. You would think that the Dr. should determine what needed to be done. We ended up going to another doctor they treated my daughter. Nice facility but a horrible reception! She needs to get a different job . Read the reviews!!! I won’t be going back there and I will not recommend this Urgent Care
You're better off going somewhere else if they have more than one person in the lobby waiting. Over two hours waiting with nobody in here is absurd
They don’t answer their phone, so I am leaving a review because people should be warned about the quality of staff they keep. I was severely injured by an animal, nearly totaled my car in an accident among several other awful things back to back that day. When I went in for my injuries I let her know I was essentially having a panic attack because of it all. This place is awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Walk in only. No appointment. Great for the busy or flexible schedule person like me. I wish more clinics are first come first serve. Highly recommend
Coastal Family Urgent Care went above and beyond for us. After being turned away by two other urgent cares (one said we should go to the ER and the other said they were short staffed), they welcomed us just before closing and provided exceptional care for our daughter who had a stingray sting. The medical staff took excellent care of the wound and prescribed an antibiotic that is suitable for our small 11-old daughter in the right formulation & dose.
