Receptionist at very front when you walk in had a poor attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. She asked for proof of income, I told her I was only told to bring my new insurance card. And then she asked how much I was putting towards my balance, so I asked if I could do X amount or if it was still the minimum of 40. She rolled her eyes and said ‘I guess whatever you can afford’.
