Ms. Norwood is very dismissive, not very helpful, and isn’t considerate. I went to Coastal family health as a referral and I was supposed to be referred to a psychiatrist. Instead I got a Nurse Practitioner who didn’t know much about mental health and wasn’t helpful at all. I was treated like I was an inconvenience to her and I won’t be back. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone looking for mental health services.
I scheduled an appointment, a week in advance, a day before my appointment Barbra the receptionist gave me a call telling me that they cannot do the Tb test for the day of my appointment which was not very clear and she was not very helpful. I am a full time college student and a mother so when I told her the times would not work for another office she was very rude and hung up on me. I use to be a receptionist, Barbra is very unprofessional and will be finding a new clinic.
